Raised in a town famous for its Amish population, Nappanee, Indiana, Margaret was brought up by her loving mother who encouraged her to write. Since third grade, she has put the pen to paper, creating dystopian worlds and slice-of-life stories.

She graduated from Northwood High School and attended Indiana University South Bend pursuing her master’s degree in Social Work.

She’s currently a stay-at-home mom to her four children and when she’s not writing, she’s either dirtying up her kitchen trying new recipes or kicking ass as Sona in League of Legends. She’s also married to her supportive, artistic husband, Thomas Armstrong.

She’s a self-proclaimed freebirther, intactivist, and feminist of sorts. With a backbone of steel, she stands against bullshit and isn’t afraid to share her opinion.
